Creator Program Terms

1. Who We Are

The Program is run by GlobeRider ("GlobeRider", "We", "Us" or "Our"). "You" means the person who applies to or takes part in the Program.

2. Eligibility and Selection

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Applying does not guarantee that You will be accepted. We review applications and accept or decline them at Our discretion, and We may limit the number of creators in the Program.
• You must give accurate information in your application and keep it up to date.
• You must have the right to take part in the Program where You live, and You are responsible for any local requirements that apply to You.

3. What You Do

• You create short videos (typically 10–15 seconds) showing You using the GlobeRider app, and publish them on TikTok and/or Instagram.
• Program videos are published on dedicated TikTok and Instagram accounts, separate from Your personal accounts. You create these accounts, You own them, and You hold their login details. You are responsible for them and for complying with each platform’s rules. We will never ask You for Your password.
• Your dedicated accounts must be public while a video is being counted, so that its views can be checked (see Section 4).
• We may share suggested angles, examples and guidelines. Following them is encouraged, but You decide how You film and what You say, within Section 6.
• There is no minimum or maximum number of videos, no exclusivity, and We are not obliged to provide You with work.

4. Payment

• Qualifying Views are the views of a Program video counted by the platform’s own analytics (TikTok or Instagram) during the first 30 days after the video is published. Views obtained through paid promotion, purchased views, bots, view-exchange schemes or any other artificial means are not Qualifying Views.
• To verify views, We may ask You for screenshots or access to the video analytics. If You refuse or the figures cannot be verified, We may decline payment for the affected videos.
• We pay for videos that follow these Creator Terms. We may decline payment for a video that breaks them, is removed by the platform, or is deleted by You before the counting period ends.
• Payments are made in USD
• Earnings depend on how Your videos perform. We do not guarantee any minimum income, any number of views, or that You will earn the cap on any video.
• We may change the rate or the cap. A change only applies to videos published after We have notified You (by email) of the change, with at least 14 days’ notice. Views already earned under the old terms are paid under the old terms.

5. Content Rules

Your videos must:

• be truthful, and not make false or misleading claims about GlobeRider, its features, its users, or what You earn;
• show the app as it really works, without edited or invented features;
• not include anyone who has not agreed to appear, and not include children;
• not use music, images or clips You do not have the right to use (use the platform’s licensed commercial music library where applicable);
• not be unlawful, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory or otherwise objectionable, and not infringe anyone’s rights;
• comply with the terms and community guidelines of TikTok, Instagram and any other platform used.

We may ask You to edit or remove a video that does not meet these rules, and You agree to do so promptly.

6. Ownership and License

You keep the ownership of the videos You create. You grant GlobeRider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, edit, crop, subtitle, publish, distribute and display the videos, including on GlobeRider’s own social media accounts, website and app stores, and in paid advertising, for the duration of the Program and 24 months after it ends. The license includes the right to use Your name, voice and image as they appear in the videos for these purposes. Videos already published in advertisements may continue to run until the campaign ends.

You confirm that You own, or have all the rights needed in, everything in the videos, and that You have the consent of every person who appears in them.

The GlobeRider name, logo and app remain Our property. You may use them only to create Program videos.

7. Independent Creator

You take part as an independent creator. Nothing in the Program makes You an employee, partner, agent or representative of GlobeRider, and You may not enter into agreements on Our behalf. You decide when and where You work and are responsible for Your own equipment and costs.

8. Personal Data

We process the data You give in Your application, and the data needed to pay You, as described in our Privacy Policy. We use it to review applications, run the Program and pay creators.

9. Suspension and Ending the Program

You can stop taking part at any time by telling Us at support@globerider.app. We can suspend or end Your participation, or close the Program, at any time, for example if You break these Creator Terms or if We see fraud or artificial views. If We end Your participation without a breach on Your part, We still pay the Qualifying Views earned on videos that complied with these Creator Terms up to the end date, up to the cap, including any amount below the minimum payout.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobeRider is not liable for loss of income, loss of views, or the actions of a platform (including a suspended or removed account or video). Nothing in these Creator Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Creator Terms. If a change is material We will tell You by email before it takes effect, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Payment changes follow Section 4.
